Everything you can connect from Settings → Connectors, grouped by the filters on that page. Connecting tools needs the Team plan or higher. A tool that does several jobs is listed under each of them. Where a tool has its own article, its name links to it.

The customer's details from another tool, next to every conversation.
Stripe, Chargebee, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy and RevenueCat: subscriptions, invoices, transactions or purchases.
Shopify, WooCommerce and Your shop API: the customer's orders.
Intercom, Zendesk, Help Scout, HubSpot and Freshdesk: bring your help center and, depending on the tool, past conversations over to Gleap. See Import and export your content and contacts.
At the bottom of the Connectors page:
Browse 2,000+ tools: connect almost any other tool for Kai and your agents, signed in once.
Custom MCP server: give Kai and your agents the tools of your own MCP server, connected by URL.
Your API: enter a base URL and headers once, and your agents reuse them.
Two routes cover almost everything else: a webhook if you can receive one, and Zapier if you'd rather not write code. Tools that should read from Gleap rather than be told about things can use the REST API or the Gleap MCP server. If your product already sends events to Segment, see Send Segment events into Gleap.
Crowdin, which translates help center articles, isn't in Connectors. It runs on Crowdin's side, and you add it from the Gleap app in the Crowdin store.
