# Follow Kai’s roadmap work

Review roadmap decisions and drafts in Needs you, open Copilot chats and routine runs, and check publishing schedules.

Roadmap work is part of Kai Copilot. The former standalone Kai PM Activity area is no longer the place to follow it.

### Check Needs you

Open the task or notification when a decision or draft needs review. With roadmap jobs set to **Asks first**, this is where Kai proposes request decisions, release notes and newsletter drafts.

Read the underlying request or proposed post before deciding. Leaving an approval unanswered can stop the work from going out; a newsletter can be skipped if its time passes without approval.

### Open the chat or routine run

Use **Kai Copilot** to return to the conversation that produced the work. Open **Routines** and choose **Open last run** for recurring work. Inspect failures and input requests rather than treating a scheduled run as proof of completion.

Kai Copilot’s **Settings → Activity** also provides its activity view where available to your role.

### Check what is scheduled

Open **Kai Copilot → Settings → Roadmap & changelog**. Review **Going out**, release-note and newsletter schedules, and the selected modes.

**Does it** permits automatic work within the job’s rules. **Asks first** waits for review. **Never** switches that automatic job off.

### Check the board and published result

Use **Inbox → Roadmap** for current request state, **Outreach → Changelog** for release notes and **Reports → Roadmap** for the reporting available to your workspace.

The optional weekly brief goes to the roadmap team. Quiet weeks can be skipped.
