Roadmap chat is now part of Kai Copilot. You do not need to open a separate Kai PM Conversations page. Your request board remains under Inbox → Roadmap.
Open Kai Copilot and start or continue a chat. Include the board, period or customer group that matters.
Examples:
Which open requests came from our highest-value accounts?
Which requests describe the same onboarding problem?
Summarise what shipped this month and who asked for it.
Draft a reply for the customers waiting for this feature.
Open the requests behind an answer before making a roadmap commitment.
Kai can prepare proposals and perform supported actions through its tools. The tools available to it, your role and the configured permissions determine whether it can act and whether it asks first.
A chat request and an automatic roadmap job are separate. Kai Copilot → Settings → Roadmap & changelog controls the ongoing modes for requests, release notes, newsletters and requester updates.
When Kai needs a decision, open the Needs you item and review the proposal. Continue the same chat when you want to refine the work with its context intact.
For a regular report, ask Kai to create a routine, then review it under Routines. For a generated file or other output, check Artifacts.
