If you know a team that could use Gleap, send them your referral link. They get $50 in AI credits when they start a paid plan, and you get $100 in AI credits once they've been paying for a month. Every member of every plan can share a link.

They sign up with your link. The new workspace shows "Invited by" and your name, with the $50 waiting for them.
They buy a paid plan. With their first payment, their workspace gets $50 in AI credits.
You get your credits. 30 days after their first payment, while their plan is still active, $100 in AI credits are added to your workspace.
Credits are paid into the AI balance, which pays for Kai Support resolutions and the work of your AI agents. If your own workspace isn't on a paid plan yet, the credits wait until you upgrade.
Your referrals lists the workspaces that signed up with your link, with counts for Signed up, Paying, Pending and Earned. For privacy you only see a hint of each domain, never names or email addresses.
The new workspace must buy Team, Pro or Enterprise. Starter doesn't count, and neither do AI credit top-ups.
It has to be a genuinely new team: your own workspaces, teams on your company's email domain and workspaces paid from the same billing account as yours don't count. A person or company can only be referred once.
For your $100, their plan must still be active 30 days after the first payment, and not cancelled, paused or overdue.
If your reward still can't be confirmed 90 days after their first payment, for example because their plan is overdue or paused, the referral lapses.
The invited team doesn't get a discount at checkout. The $50 in credits replaces it.
